PROJECT SYNOPSIS

Samara has appointed NDI Geological Consulting Services (Pty) Ltd (NDI) as the Independent Environmental Assessment Practitioner (EAP), to undertake the application for Environmental Authorisation (EA) while SRK Consulting (South Africa) (Pty) Ltd (SRK) has been sub-contracted to provide specialist input and to undertake the Stakeholder Engagement Process.

PROJECT LOCATION

Offshore Concession Area 4C and 5C, West Coast of South Africa

STATUS OF PROJECT

Stakeholders and Interested and Affected Parties (I&APs) are invited to comment on the Draft Environmental Impact Assessment (EIA) Report. The Draft EIA Report will be available for a 30-day commenting period from 17 May 2023 to 15 June 2023.
