She has undertaken office-based secondments and multiple field geological, geotechnical and hydrogeological field investigations, across the government, energy and mining sectors. She is proficient in designing, managing subcontractors and supervision of installation and testing programs involving different drilling and hydraulic testing techniques within artesian, sedimentary, hard fractured rock to unconsolidated environments. Sophie has executed various hydrogeological assessments, including baseline studies involving stakeholder engagement for land access, interviews and completing environmental monitoring and reporting, aquifer conceptualisation and dewatering impact assessment, and compliance reporting.
