Joanna's expertise includes underground and open pit mine design, production scheduling, stope and pit optimization, and truck productivity analysis. Due diligence work includes high level economic assessments of projects, identification and minimization of risks, and rapid development of alternate scenarios. Project work consists of feasibility, prefeasibility studies, life of mine designs, and optimized schedules for iron ore, copper, gold, coal, diamond, potash, and industrial mineral deposits. In recent years Joanna’s focus has been on underground operations including existing mines and greenfield projects. Joanna is proficient in the use of Vulcan™, Whittle™, iGantt, AutoCAD®, Access®, Excel®, and Word®. Joanna is a QP through both SME and MMSA organizations and has completed numerous technical reports for various reporting entities.
