Jeff Osborn

Jeff has management and supervisory experience with technical, production, maintenance, bargaining unit, craft, and contractor personnel. His project experience includes mine energy supply, water supply, rail, port, conveyor, and slurry pipelines as well as site logistics including arctic and remote access projects. Mine design and operations experience include dragline and truck and shovel strip mining, open pit, and underground mining with expertise on small complex underground mines. His project execution experience includes review and development of project execution plans, project schedules, and organizational structure. International projects include diamond, gold, silver, iron ore, niobium, scandium, rare earths, coal, potash, trona, salt, copper, nickel, tungsten, molybdenum, platinum, palladium, and nahcolite. Jeff has lead several cross- functional and multiple consultancy teams on large feasibility, prefeasibility, and scoping level studies. He has an extensive engineering and project management skill set, experience, and ability to reconcile complex, vague data and synthesize reasonable solutions.
